A l’heure des bonnes résolutions, les banques dépositaires se mettent en ordre de marche pour UCITS V. En même temps, les sociétés de gestion Luxembourgeoises évaluent les outils et moyens de leur gouvernance pour prendre en compte les réformes en cours, comme à venir. Au-delà des activités de gestion des actifs, la société de gestion au Grand-Duché est responsable de l’ensemble de la gouvernance du fonds, ce qui comprend notamment l’ensemble du Risk Management.
